Welcome to an anatomy workshop series which offers a somatic view of the human body, as a living, moving responsive consciousness. Through the skeletal body we sculpt and create movement and relationship. Exploring the bones of the skeleton as a unified community of communication as well as of support, this workshop will introduce students to the principles, embryology, continuities, and ways to integrate skeletal body dynamics into yoga practices.
