Meditation and Pranayama Practice

Inhale intention, exhale expectation. Join us for a Meditation and Pranayama Practice lead by Jay Cohen. The class will be combine the practices of Meditation and Pranayama as each enhances the exploration of the other. Thank Meditation and Pranayama as food for the brain that nourishes our brains to be healthy, vibrant and at ease in our body. Meditation and Pranayama will enhance and improve the quality of your life.

You will explore different meditation techniques to find focus and presence. Pranayama will include different breathing practices and techniques. 

No Yoga experience necessary. All levels and abilities welcome.

Celebrate the Solstice

Join us as we Honor the Darkness and Welcome the Light.  Lisa Nicklash will lead a 90 minute class that will include candlelight, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Reiki and Essential Oils. The Reiki will be provided by Kim and Emily, Reiki Certified Practioners.  Take time to slow down, disconnect and focus on yourself. This practice is designed to calm and reset your body and mind. 

No yoga experience necessary. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Simply Power Yoga for Kids Yoga

Join Emily for a 60 minute class of movement, yoga themed games, partner work, breathing/relaxation techniques, mindfulness meditation and a whole lot of fun!  Emily's intention for this class is to foster health, confidence and happiness while building strength and balance in their minds and bodies. 

This class is for kids between the ages of 4-8.
