"The primary aim of yoga is to free to free the mind from confusion  and distress and restore them ind to simplicity and peace." I have embraced this mantra while practicing yoga over the past decade. Yoga started as an outlet to balance life's stresses and turned into a passion for learning, sharing and exploring all things yoga. 
I specialize in yin and restorative yoga and bring a blissful energy to my teaching, which allows students to venture into tranquility and calm. In my classes I encourage students to be introspective, mindful, present in their mind, body and spirit.
