Define Simply Power Yoga
"Many years ago Simply Power Yoga became my home, my safe space, my place for healing, releasing and growing. Being able to find community while in exploration of my mind, body and spirit has been one of the greatest gifts. Simply Power is my favorite place to start my day along with our 5:30am group!
Favorite Pose
"Mountain Pose". I simply love the grounded feeling of alignment of the body standing in my own feet, allowing the eyes to close for the body scan to take place to stand strong in stillness and strength but yet feeling into that relaxed power allowing energy to flow through the body.
Bio
"In 2021, I went through my 200 hour teacher training at Simply Power. The experience was so transformational for me and left me wanting to keep exploring all of the gifts that yoga brought into my life. I continued training deeper into the female body and nervous system after a personal experience. I decided to become a certified doula for both birth and postpartum as well as studied yoga for women's health, prenatal and postpartum yoga and healing. I am truly blessed to be part of the Simply Power Yoga community."
