About me "I started coming to SPY in 2013 but did not fuly commit to my practice until 2021. After years of doing Pilates and Yoga classes, I took my first Barre class and was hooked. The small dynamic movements, empowerment and strength of Barre was exactly what I needed in my life. In 2023, I took my Barre teacher training and thanks to encouragement from Heidi and Lori I started teaching in 2025. As a teacher, it is my hope that I can give to others the strength, support and power that so many at SPY have given me over the years. 

I live in Loveland with my husband and dog Lucy."
