ERIN MOELLER – Erin discovered yoga while working at a prominent Corporation. Yoga was an easy form of exercise and escape that could be found in any of her travels. Shortly after having to make a decision to leave her career in support of her family she began taking classes at a local studio. At first, she’d join classes twice a week, but within six months, she was practicing every single day and rearranging her schedule to catch sessions with his favorite instructors. That’s when she realized that yoga had become an important thing in her life.
She enrolled in a 12-week Yoga Teacher Training with her teachers, Kim Zavoral and Emily Pezzuolo, with the intention to deepen her personal practice. After just the first month, she realized teaching a yoga class was inevitable. Erin started teaching professionally immediately after graduation and she now teaches at Simply Power Yoga - Youngstown both in studio and virtually. Erin’s approach to yoga remains ever focused on the balance between strength and flexibility. Her classes focus on creating space, and you can expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
