"I stumbled upon yoga when I was rowing competitively in London as they were offering free classes at the local Sivananda yoga centre, and I needed to improve my flexibility. I used yoga to incorporate stretching as I moved on to triathlon and marathon running. In 2012 I ran the Chicago marathon with a fractured ankle. Afterwards my best friend decided we were going to do Bikram yoga class. Not such a great idea but I was intrigued by the fact that I could have a great workout without damaging my body.
When I returned to London I started taking Vinyasa Power Flow classes. Here was something that could strengthen, tone and invigorate both my mind and body. I was hooked!
When I moved from London to Loveland I couldn’t believe my luck when I discovered Simply Power on my doorstep. I took the 200 RYT mainly out of curiosity, never imagining I would teach, but extremely grateful and honored that I now am. What an incredible journey this has been!
