Simply Power Yoga offers classes for every level and every body. Classes are heated, warm and non- heated.
- Hot Studio - 95 degrees with 50% humidity
- Flow Studio
Non-heated classes - between 70-75 degress, no humidity
Warm classes - between 80-84 degrees, no humidity
- Men and women showers available.
Warm/Heated Classes - Students 14 and over, for students 14 years of age they must be accompanied by an adult.
Non-heated Classes - Students 10 and over, for students 10-13 years of age they must be accompanied by an adult.

YOGA 101 FLOW - YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Beginner Level - Yoga 101 Flow is a 60 minute class designed to keep it simple and empowering. The focus of these classes is on building a framework for your yoga practice that includes constant, focused breathing and strong, safe poses with proper alignment. Whether you’re truly a beginner or a seasoned yogi looking for a fresh start, this class will challenge and inspire you.
All levels welcome. This class slows down the process of the practice bringing intentionality and focus to each posture.
All Levels (Heated Class) This class focuses on the foundation of every pose. The simple and powerful sequence is designed to ground the students into their hands, feet and core. Experience deep breathing for personal awareness and less stress. We will not be getting upside down in this class.
Power Flow 45, 60 & 75

ALL LEVELS: This is the high energy, powerful SPY class focusing on alignment and personal awareness of the breath. The flow moves at a moderate pace and is athletic. You build strength while gaining flexibility. Get ready to move and sweat!

Beginners to All Levels. Vinyasa flow moves your body through a variety of poses at a moderate pace. Temperatures are comfortable to keep the body open and relaxed.
Yoga Bootcamp is a 45 minute class which uses the physical practice of yoga to work all parts of the body with light weights.
All Levels NON-Heated: Therapeutic yoga classes with Restorative poses, getting into those areas the athletes in all of us need stretched out. All the poses performed are suitable for all fitness levels. The key muscle groups we like to challenge are shoulders, hips and hamstrings, but we touch a bit of everything else in between. Think "Active Rest Days". This class is a perfect compliment to your race training of any kind.
Yin and Restoration Yoga
Yin Yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin Yoga calms and balances the mind and body. It also reduces stress and anxiety. Yin Yoga increases circulation, improves flexibility, and balances the internal organs.
Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. Restorative poses are held up to 10 minutes using props providing the body with total support to completely surrender into each pose. Benefits of Restorative Yoga enhances flexibility, deeply relaxes the body, stills the mind and improves capacity for healing and balancing. It also balances the nervous system and boosts the immune system. It will help you develops qualities of compassion and understanding toward others and self.
REIKI, YIN/RESTORATIVE & OILS
What is Reiki? "a technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being."
This class allows students to enjoy the benefits of a yin and/or restorative class, while our featured oil of the month diffuses in the room. After the teachers guide you into a comfortable position, a certified level 2 reiki provider will connect with each student to help move energy and find full relaxation. All levels welcome.
