Body work is therapeutic methods that center on the body for the promotion of physical and emotional health; including massage, various systems of touch and manipulation, relaxation techniques, and practices designed to affect the body's energy flow.

Thai Yoga Therapy

Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient healing art that targets deep connective tissue in the body with a combination of passive yoga stretches, mindfulness, acupressure, thumbing, palming and gentle foot presses along the body's energy lines. The goal of the practice is to release tension and improve overall circulation and range of motion. This service is performed on a mat in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. No oils or cremes are used.

Custom Massage Therapy

This focused session is ideal for addressing specific areas of tension, injury, or chronic pain. Medical massage blends therapeutic technique such as muscle energy technique, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to support healing, improve mobility, and relieve discomfort.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

A gentle deeply relaxing treatment that works with the body's natural rhythms to release tension held in the nervous system. Using light touch, this therapy supports balance and ease-often helping with headaches, stress, sleep issues, and emotional well-being.

Myofascial Release, Breathing and Relaxation Techniques

This session will include breathing & relaxation techniques while the physical body is fully supported in restorative yoga postures. The integration of these different techniques will support the stabilization and alignment of the body.

Reiki 

Reiki stabilizes a person’s natural energy, through proximity with the practitioner or through their light touch. Reiki helps to bring the body into a state of calm and reduced stress that supports the natural healing processes of our physical bodies.
