Fundamentals of Inversions and Arm balances

Time: Saturday and Sunday, 12:30-5:30pm
Inversions and arm balances allows you the space to create a new way of facilitating and leading yoga classes. Inversions and arm balances are an accessible way to empower students to build strength and confidence in their practice.
The training includes
- Alignment principles of inversions, including: Headstand, Forearm Stand, Handstand and Shoulder Stand for all levels
- Alignment principles of arm balances, including multiple arm balance variations.
- Overview on functional anatomy which supports inversions and arm balances
- Sequencing and transitioning to include inversions and arm balances seamlessly in your flow
