Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin Yoga calms and balances the mind and body.  It also reduces stress and anxiety.  Yin Yoga increases circulation, improves flexibility, and balances the internal organs. 

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. Restorative poses are held up to 10 minutes using props providing the body with total support to completely surrender into each pose.  Benefits of Restorative Yoga enhances flexibility, deeply relaxes the body, stills the mind and improves capacity for healing and balancing. It also balances the nervous system and boosts the immune system. It will help you develops qualities of compassion and understanding toward others and self. 

Reiki, Yin/Restorative & Oils

What is Reiki?  "a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being."

This class allows students to enjoy the benefits of a yin and/or restorative class, while our featured oil of the month diffuses in the room. After the yin portion is completed, teachers will get you in a comfortable position to relax, while certified level 2 reiki providers & SPY yoga instructors will connect with each student to help move some energy and find full relaxation. Come enjoy this new offering and experience!  All levels welcome.

Reiki, Restorative and Breath Work

This class  combines Reiki, Restorative Yoga and Breath Work to completely relax the student while creating therapeutic healing techniques for the body.  Discover ways to use your breath to reduce stress, sleep better and release energy in your body that is no longer nourishing. 

Reiki, Massage and Breath Work 

This class combines Reiki, Massage Therapy and Breath work to relax the students through massage techniques and breath work.  The combination of Reiki and Massage will help to release stuck energy in both the physical and emotional body.
