At Simply Power Yoga, the classes will be challenging as the instructors will constantly take you to your edge. Power Yoga is about stepping out of your comfort zone and letting go of your fears. I promise you the practice will not only transform your body but also your mind and spirit.  Power Yoga is for EVERY BODY!   Our mission is to support the journey of each individual in the community both on and off the mat. 

Classes will be offered for all levels.  SPY has both heated and non-heated studio rooms.  Men and Women showers available.

Located on the 2nd floor plaza of Mio's Pizza and the Busy Bee gift shop. Across from Kroger on Branch Hill Guinea minutes off I-275/Wards Corner. 

Simply Power Yoga is a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS).

Sunday February 26th from 9-10:15am, practice to live drums with John Benham! Flow to the sound of John's amazing drums.  Arrive early or register on-line to make sure you have a space to move and groove!

  • $5.00 Community Class every Sunday. 
  • Retail including Hardtail, Love this Life t-shirts, and Be Love. Manduka & Jade Mats! 
  • Training for the 2012 Cincinnati PIG Marathon! Classes offered at SPY are a great cross-train. Many teachers of SPY are accomplished Marathon runners and Triathletes, including IRONMAN finishers.  Join us to prepare for the Spring Season!
  • Mat Pilates offered four times a week!
