Yoga For Young Girls

A class designed for teen girls between the ages of 11-13. The class will focus on both the breath and alignment principles of yoga. The intention of the class is to build confidence, flexibility and strength in their young bodies. We will also be discussing different ways to help support each other, healthy eating habits and different forms of exercise. 

Friday evenings 4-5:00pm.
