40 Days to a Personal Revolution 
Program & 10 Day Clean Eating Program

A daily combination of asana practice, meditation, mindful eating and personal reflection will cultivate a solid foundation from which you can live and grow.  "40 Days To Personal Revolution" program is based on Baron Baptiste's best selling book.

The program's purpose is to guide you on your own personal transformation whether you are a beginner or experienced student.  In 40 days you will create a whole new way of being and living. Whether you are looking for a huge transformation or small positive shifts in your life, this inspiring program will motivate you to take ownership of your life and live from a higher level of well-being.

You will be inspired to transform both body and mind. 

How Does the Program Work
The program is divided into six weeks.  The six weeks will be broken down into three discussion sessions at the studio  and three conference calls. 

Each week builds on the lessons of the one preceding it and includes:

  • daily yoga practice at home or at the studio (a minimum of 2 practices at the studio per week is strongly suggested)
  • principles to cleanse your body, along with mindful eating plan
  • daily meditation
  • journaling

  • Conference Calls: Sunday evenings 8:00-8:45pm February 11th, February 25th, March 11th
